We do not seek to list:

	periodicals
	books that are planned but are not in electronic production
	government documents
	databases
	software

During an enrollment period that extends through December 31, 2001, publishers may list, without charge, any number of titles that are available by Internet, CD or floppy disk. There is no obligation to continue listing titles beyond that date. A nominal fee will be assessed beginning January 1, 2002. For those publishers who have begun listing here during the enrollment period, the fee for 2002 will be $2 per title per calendar year up to a maximum of $40 for twenty titles. There will be no additional fee for titles in excess of twenty.

Publishers not present with us during the enrollment period may see a modestly higher fee schedule for 2002 and beyond.

Fees are subject to change after the period stated above.

eBooks-in-Print.com will assign a unique and permanent Electronic Publications Registry Number to each title listed. This number may and should be included with each title's copyright notice. If the publication later goes out of print or ceases to be listed, the number will become dormant. See EPRN for details.

eBooks-in-Print.com reserves the right to:

	decline or remove a listing
	deny access to any publisher
	negotiate individual fee schedules and terms

	list only qualifying publications (see FAQ)
	notify us of changes to keep listings accurate
	remove listings for titles no longer in print
	maintain EPRN integrity
